Bags & Bears believes you deserve the very best therefore all our goods will be beautifully wrapped.

Within the EU: On all orders under €100, the postage charge is €4.95. On orders over €100 postage is free.

Rest of the world: Please contact us to enquire about the applicable postage rates.

However, should an item be out of stock there may be short delays in delivery and we will notify you immediately.

 

Returns

We regret that postage is a direct cost and will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels and strongly recommend that you obtain suitable proof of posting when returning goods. You may cancel your order by e-mail at any time before goods are shipped.
